In the past few years, steel rod is widely used in large-scale spatial sturcture and the theory of steel bar is developing. With good structural performance and novelty architectural shape, prestressed steel rod can meet the requirements of modern architecture, especially for modern sports, public and industrial building.With the method of FEA, the research of tension and anchor system of steel rod is carried out on the basis of the theory of the redevelopment of Ansys. The analysis theory, the static stability behavior and dynamic performance of the system is studied, as well as construction technique.Based on the profound analysis of cable element and derivation of finite element method, measure of cable element affected by self-weight is put forward after the discussion of the affecting factors of self-weight. Taking full advantage of the UPFs development technology of Ansys, the user-element is developed and the procedure of implementation and technology of development is discussed seriously. And it is helpful to the redevelopment of other similar element. The principle of using user-element is presented, what's more, the feasibility and applicability of user-element is proved by example.Based on the analysis of derivation of calculating theory of steel rod, the sag discounting coefficient a is suggested to consider the moment stiffness of steel rod. Furtherly, the amended-element is formed in view of coefficient a and it's a little more accurate than user-element. The length formula of steel rod is deduced with a view to coefficient a on basis of the formula of soft-cable.Through the analysis of the static stability behavior of steel rod, which is appointed to the tension pole, the system of steel rod is helpful to the stability behavior of cable arch stucture because of its strong out-plane stability.Researches on the dynamic performance of the steel rod system demonstrate that its performance of resistant to wind is better than soft-cable at the same stress. Generally, steel rod is in low stress and moment stiffness is not beneficial to its stiffness, so its performance of resistance to wind is more or less weak.Author made a summarize on Components, material characteristic, tension equipment,measure of anticorrosion anditension and constitution of node to anchor system of steel rod compared with soft-cable and got a deep comprehension on it. Analysis on contact and connection behavior of casing thread joints shows that the performance of thread plays a important role on the connection between turnbuckle and steel rod. Finally, The manner of tension on prestressed steel rod and measure of tension is summarized concretely, with emphasis on the method of tension of steel rod by superelevation. |
