The strengthening technology with high strength stainless steel wire mesh and polymer mortar has been widely used in strengthening engineering field in recent years. This technology, which has many advantages, such as high strength, excellent durability, and convenient construction, could be variously used in many areas. The adhesive performance between concrete and polymer mortar and the bond performance of steel weirs anchoring in the mortar, to a great extent, affect the integrated reinforced effect. This thesis mainly studies the adhesive performance between concrete and polymer mortar and the bond performance of steel weirs anchoring in the mortar.Through normal splitting tensile experiment and shearing experiment, this thesis has researched the adhesive splitting tensile and shearing strength between concrete and polymer mortar, summarized the adhesive performance, and compared with new-old concrete. There are 9 concrete-mortar splitting tensile samples, 9 concrete ones and 9 mortar ones. Through the experiment data, the adhesive splitting tensile strength formula of concrete-mortar and adhesive shearing strength are found. At the same time this thesis has studied high-strength steel wire's bonding performance when anchoring in the polymer mortar through tensile experiment. There are two parts separately study the single wire and a bundle of wires, with 18 single wires and 24 steel wires anchoring in the mortar. Through discussing about the data of experiments and summarizing the character of the bonding behavior, the calculating formula of anchorage length is found.Another important part of work is having a research on the bond anchorage experiment of 9 strengthened beams with high-strength steel wire mesh. Under the precondition to ensure the sufficient anchorage of steel wires in polymer mortar, changing the bonding length of the layer for the reinforced beam, the thesis has studied bond performance and bonding failure between bonding layer and concrete beam. The minimum bonding length is found under common concrete and polymer mortar strength. The bonding failure force is found by hand calculation and ANSYS calculation. Basing on analyzing the result of experiment, some suggestions for this strengthening technology are provided in the thesis. This thesis provides the basis for the design in actual construction and the further study of stainless steel wire mesh strengthening technology.
