| Since the 1960 s,anchor robs or anchor cables have been fastened to deeper and more stable soil layer by viscous materials.There is tension at the other end of anchor rod or anchor cable,leading to a prestress in it.So the rock and soil mass can play to the best of their abilities and no disaster will be made by reinforcing the slope with anchor rob or anchor cable.At present,that is the most potential and most cost-efficient way to improve the slope stability.Besides,this method is internationally recognized as well.Nowadays,the high slopes on highways are increasing day by day.The ability of anchoring needs to meet higher and higher standard at the protection of slop,especially the permanent anchoring.The effect of anchoring must be very stable and can reduce or even ignore the loss of prestress.Therefore,as for the anchor body,it should have high protection,low relaxation and high strength performance.Combined with the Guangdong transportation science and technology project,this paper performs researches on the preparation and application of high-strength grouting materials base on the anchoring technology for slope pre-stress.Through indoor experiments and field tests,the high-strength pre-stressed anchorage grouting materials,with great fracture resistance,compression resistance,tensile strength,little brittleness,good anti-cracking ability,high anti-permeability,and great bonding strength,polypropylene fiber mortar is prepared.Verified by theoretical analysis and practical cases,this material,applied in pre-stress anchoring,can enhance its own strength of the grouting materials and the bonding strength of the drill hole wall,improve the deformation by force of the anchorage section,strengthen the crack resistance of mortar,prolong the service life of anchor cable,reduce the accident rate,and raise the anchoring strength up to over 20%,thus reduce the length of the anchorage section and the project cost,showing remarkable social and economic benefits... |
