In air-conditioning system or cooling system of most large commercial buildings and industrial buildings,water-cooled chiller systems are widely used,which create comfortable and efficient working and living environments or technological environments,and are indispensable infrastructures.In large office buildings and shopping malls,the energy consumption of total air-conditioning systems accounts for more than 50% of the total sum of energy consumption of all.The comfortableness of A/C system is an important factor for commercial building evaluation,and its energy consumption cost and system energy efficiency evaluation are also an important factor.Water-cooled chiller system is widely used in the large commercial building air conditioning.Large temperature difference are applied in lots buildings in recent years.Different temperature difference can affect heat transfer of air terminal equipment,such as air handling unit,fan-coil unit,and water-cooled chiller.This paper analyzed the potential of energy saving of chilled water system with large chilled water temperature difference and low water flow resistance,and had a comparative study on the simulation of the above equipment based on the actual cases,to obtain the applicability of 3 kinds of equipment in the large temperature difference system.In the study of large temperature difference systems and combined with the calculation of resistance of chilled water system,the ultra-low resistance chilled water system was obtained by using ultra-low ratio friction control and a variety of low-resistance pipe fittings.The energy consumption of the pumps of the system is greatly reduced,and a good hydraulic balance can be achieved.In addition,through an actual project,there are possibility of chilled water optimization in existing buildings,and the critical factor of retrofit is pointed out.Based the survey on one Shanghai business center project,energy-saving research was studied.The building is a large office building by foreign investment,about 300,000 square meters,is a commercial office buildings and was design of chilled water system with 6 to 15 ? large temperature difference water cooled chillers and low resistance system,VAV air terminals are used in the air system.The system are now working properly,and achieved good energy saving.
