Along with the further research of prestressed concrete structure and the bettered study of optimization theory, this paper does some research on the optimal design of prestressed concrete structure. On the basis of studying the prestressed structure optimization theory, it put forward viable optimal solution and design general program of prestressed concrete structure. The purpose of this paper is to produce reasonable optimal method to the design or construct department.First of all, this paper demonstrates the base optimal theory of prestressed beam-like members in the matter of design variable, objective function, constraint condition. Then it illustrates the characteristic of the optimal program on the whole and presents the function relationship and procession relationship of the program, which explain the overall arranging of program making. According to some typical examples, the paper enumerates result comparison between computer and manual. Then on the basis of it, the paper introduces the optimization of the bonded pre-tensioning member and the bonded post-tensioning member respectively. In each part, the paper describes its characteristics, example and conclusion. The whole program include the normal design situation of bonded prestressing structure, the optimal result can be provided as certain reference. This paper still introduces the application of the bonded pre-tensioning member's optimization ~ the Zhejiang province standard collective drawings of prestressed structure, it also expect that this program makes further progress and serve in the actual engineering.
