The development of assembly building can not be separated from the support of BIM technology.The application of BIM technology in assembly building is the trend of the development of assembly building industry in China.While,at this stage,the application of BIM technology in our country stalls at the modeling stage,and there is no corresponding application in the deep design of assembly structure,especially in the aspect of structure detailed drawing design.Although the conventional structural calculation software can calculate the internal force and get the preliminary flat construction drawings,it can not meet the requirements of the prefabrication workshop.Considering that prefabricators are mostly non-structural professionals and may lack of relevant professional knowledge,a BIM application software for deep design of assembled structures is developed to solve the technical obstacles of the transition from preliminary flat construction drawings to detailed design of three-dimensional components.In this paper,the deep design of assembled shear wall structure is studied,and the deep design module of assembled shear wall structure is developed based on Tekla.Through the design case of assembled shear wall structure,this paper studies the main problems existing in the transition from preliminary flat construction drawings to detailed construction drawings of components,at the same time,the necessity of three-dimensional deep design based on BIM calculation is also discussed.By comparing advantages and disadvantages of the three-dimensional steel bar-placing software,Revit and Tekla,at home and abroad,Tekla has been chosen to proceed the deep design of the assembled shear wall structure.First of all,the parametric layout of three-dimensional reinforcement is realized based on the calculation results of the assembled shear wall structure,in the three-dimensional deep design module of prefabricated wallboard.At the same time,the three-dimensional deep design of sleeve encrypted area and local area is carried out according to the requirements of China's assembly specifications.By choosing different diameters of connecting bars and suitable sleeve specifications,the actual area of vertical connection is calculated,and the shear resistance checking calculation of horizontal joints of prefabricated wallboard is realized.In the deep design module of post-pouring joint,a "?","T","L"shape node library is created.Through the setting of parameters of post-poured joints,the minimum reinforcement area,the minimum diameter and the maximum spacing of stirrups required by seismic specifications are calculated.It also judges whether the post-poured joint area meets the minimum range of the edge component area.Finally,the three-dimensional deep design of the post-poured joint has been realized.Finally,by using the three-dimensional model after the deep design,the detailed drawings of CAD are derived,to achieve the combination of the assembled shear wall structure and BIM technology,which not only greatly reduces the workload of designers and design errors,but also provides more intuitive and accurate three-dimensional detailed drawings of components for prefabricated workshop.It has a certain reference value for the localization development of BIM technology.
