Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) , which has many good performances, su ch as simple structure and reliable running, is a kind of mechatronics products, and is used widely in the industry.With the rapid development of modern indu stry, the requirment to the performance of BLDCM control system is more and more higher. So, it is very significant to research such a control system with quick response, powerful regulation capability and high precision.This paper mainly shows, dual closed loop BLDCM control system based on TMS320LF2407A is deigned and implemented. The BLDCM is controlled b y the mode of PWM.Current is regulated by P controller, speed is regulated b y Fuzzy PID controller.Relative to classical PID controller of which three para meters are fixed, Fuzzy PID controller can regulate the three parameters in the dynamic control according to object controlled.Fuzzy control system of BLDCM is designed and simulated.Above all, theapproach of Fuzzy PID controller is designed, especially the confirming the fuzzy control rules.The result of simulation shows, the adoption of Fuzzy PID controller can make the system have beter performances, such as quicker response, smaller overshoot.The simulation has some value to the real system.The hardware and software of control system is detaily showed.Through th e waveform of experiment, the preponderance of Fuzzy PID controller is highl y proved, especially while the motor is applied light load or no load.
