With the rapid development of MEMS technology, micro-fluids technology has been becoming one of the hot research domains of MEMS step by step.In the paper it is reviewed that progresses in micro-fluids technology including micro-fluids devices, components and systems, have been made about ten years. The difficulties faced with micro-fluids technology are point out. Finally, the development is prospected for micro-fluids technology in the future. An amendment method of the classic fluid theory is brought up on the available work. Drew out the plot about equivalent viscosity with different channel's diameters, bring up a method to obtain the equivalent viscosity; We amend the simulation of fluids with equivalent viscosity. The conclusion declares that the pressure simulating result can fit the experimental data very well if the equivalent viscosity is selected reasonably. Then with the theory of amendment of viscosity we figure out the character and resistance of the fluid in micro-channel with different shape of section and under a disk or a ring. An experimental apparatus of heat exchange for testing micro-channels is presented in this paper, plot out the curves of resistance of fluid in different fluid velocity witch testified the result of calculated fit the experimental data very well if the equivalent viscosity is selected reasonably.
