Compared with the warm mix asphalt hot mix asphalt mixture mixing with lowtemperature and compaction temperature, can reduce energy consumption and harmful gasemissions, reduce the aging of the advantages of asphalt mixing process, obtained thewidespread attention at home and abroad.In this paper, the warm mix agents K and M preparation of warm asphalt binder selection,warm mix agent K for warm mix agent of organic additives production, warm mix agent Mfor warm mix agent surfactant production. Indoor experimental study on the impact of theagent of warm mix two Xinjiang asphalt component, conventional road performance,viscosity, obtained by infrared spectroscopy test and gray correlation theory of warm mixasphalt binder viscosity reduction mechanism.Test results indicate: K type of warm mix asphalt additive to increase the temperaturesusceptibility, improve asphalt high temperature stability, reduce the aging degree and lowtemperature anti-cracking asphalt. M type of warm mix asphalt additive to reduce thetemperature susceptibility, high temperature performance of asphalt, reduce the aging degreeand low temperature anti-cracking performance of asphalt. Through infrared spectroscopyexperiments, warm mix agents K and M addition on the asphalt component has little effect.Analysis shows that the viscosity: K type of warm mix asphalt is a turning point in thetemperature105℃, when the temperature is below the turning point, the viscosity of asphaltgradually increases with increasing temperature and mixture of K content; when thetemperature is higher than the turning point, the viscosity of the asphalt gradually decreaseswith the increase in the dosage of warm mix agent K. For90#M grams of warm mix asphalt,the existence of a turning point in the temperature105℃, when the temperature is below theturning point, the viscosity of asphalt gradually increases with increasing temperature andmixture of M agent dosage; when the temperature is higher than the turning point, theviscosity of asphalt decreased gradually with the increase of temperature and mixture of M content; for the Kuche90#M asphalt, the same temperature as the Warm-Mixing agent Mdosage increased asphalt viscosity decreases. Grey correlation analysis showed, the grams90#asphalt high temperature viscosity greater impact on the aromatics content, followed bysaturated content; on the Kuche90#asphalt high temperature viscosity greater impact on thearomatics content, followed by gum content.This paper studies the warm mix agent K and M viscosity reduction mechanism providesthe theoretical reference for the development of new warm mix agent, to provide a referencefor the practical application of warm mix of organic Jiangnian type and surfactant technologyon the road. |
