In the last few years, Freezing method was used to construct the bridge foundation engineering under the complex geology at home and abroad.Appling freezing method to construct the foundation engineering still belong to the new technique so that it has many new problems for further research and solution. Among them the frozen soil wall's mechanics design for deciding its fit size is one of the problem of its cores.By using the artificial frozen clay test piece, tree-axle creep tests have been produced under the different temperature and state of stress so that tree-axle creep curves were obtained for frozen clay. According to the testing results, four kinds of non-linear creep equations were set up for describing non-linear creep characteristic of frozen clay. By means of the pluralistic regression analysis, it was obtained for tree-axle creep parameters of frozen clay and its relations with the temperature. Through regression curves stands in contrast to testing curves, the most suitable non-linear creep equations were got for frozen clay. According to the most suitable non-linear creep equations, circular frozen soil wall was analyzed from mechanics principle so that the calculation formulas were obtained for calculating its thickness and deformation. The application software was developed for mechanics design of plane frozen soil wall.
