| As a new product development method, virtual prototype technology has an important significance to increase product quality and decrease its cost。 In the factors of affecting the interior performance of a whole prototype , the whole structural characteristics including static, dynamic and thermal performance are the key index。 So, the prediction and modification of the characteristics of a whole mechanical structure at its design stage must be performed when its function is satisfied. Because BEM has an advantage in dealing with a rigid or flexible joint, its application in modeling and analysis of mechanical system plays an important part。This paper researches on the modeling and analysis of static characteristics of a whole mechanical structure including beams and plates by using DBEM。 First, the formulas of a compound beam bending and its bending on foundation are deduced, and also a thin plate stress, bending and its bending on foundation. Then, the corresponding programs are programmed using MATLAB language and correctly tested by some examples。Furthermore, researches on analytical methods of a mechanical system are performed, and also a clamp cam is designed in the book-in-cover, and then its whole 3-dimentional modeling, motion simulation, mechanical analysis and deflection analysis based on BEM are processed。 Based on the above theory, the great potential of BEM applied in the structural analysis of a mechanical system is indicated。... |
