The thesis proposed the design method of hydraulics experiment instrument and management system on PC platform, analyzed the disadvantages of current measurement instruments of hydraulics, expatiated design idea and design process of experiment system of hydraulics with simple operation and credible performance based on the SCM technique, multi-machine communication technique and database technique. Otherwise,, in the measurement system, innovation was presented in low DC signal magnification and control of double integrate A/D, measurement precision and anti-disturb capability were proved obviously.The thesis was formed of the development of experiment instrument and the research of management system. Connected basic theory of hydraulics as well as mathematic model, main parameters, which need be measured in measurement system, and the whole designscheme of experiment equipment were ascertained, the new control method of double integrate A/D was proposed, the design of hardware and software of experiment measurement instrument were fulfilled. In the management system, the scheme of measurement system, which was managed and controlled through computer based on multi-machine communication technique, was introduced, including the structure of hardware and software of network communication and the software design of system applied database technique.Experimental results indicate that the application of experiment instruments of hydraulics and management system can automatically fulfill many tasks, such as data measurement, data transmission, data processing, data management, report printing and so on. Operation was simple and convenient to improve work efficiency, reduce labour intensity and personal error of operator. The experiment data was credible and the performance of instruments was stable with high intelligent grand. Besides, the study was useful and referential for perfect and amelioration of other experiment equipments.
