The autocollimator is a kind of instrument used in the measurement of angle ,guideway's linearity and parallelity , flat's planarity and precise orientation. It is the necessary instrument in machine manufactory, shipbuilding, aerospace and aviation and metric measurement.At present,the autocollimators used widely in most domestic application fields are optical or can measure only one dimensional angle. All the instances can not satisfy the needs of high precise and automatic measurement. Moreover, with the development of micro-electronics technology, photoelectronics technology and computer technology in the recent years, it becomes more necessary to do research in new model of two dimensions photoelectric autocollimator. In the subject, we design the photoelectric autocollimatic system of dual linear-array CCD device which is based on autocollimatic theory. We do some research on design of optical system structure, hardware circuit and software system.The reasonable reticle's style and the proper optical structure make the system realize two-dimentional measurement of angle. In the section of data collection circuit,we use two methods to do experiment.They are the highspeed A/D converting data collection and the virtual instrument data collection .The first one can be applied to develop theportable system,and the second one suits to computer test system with better function. The two methods can satisfy the requirement of highspeed data collection. The software system basing on the function of mathematical interpolation and subdivision can achieve subdivision of subpixel, and realize the function of communication with PC ,data's disposing and displaying.After experiment,the photoelectronic autocollimatic system realize measurement to the little angle change on the vertical axises of the reflecting mirror, and improve the measurement precision. The subject proves the feasibility of the system scheme and make good preparation for the further research on the photoelectric autocollimator of dual linear-array CCD.
