Along with the development of numerical control technique, it is so convenient to control motion in system of robot and numerical control machine for all kind of motion controllers appeared. And that the biggest factor to effect the system performance in numerical control system is the controller of servo. And the price of those controller is too expensive in the current market. So developing a kind of low-priced, current opening and real time motion controller is great significant to development of midtype and minitype numerical control system.Motion controller composed of general chip series is developed and Quadruple differential circuit utilizing dual monostable multivibrators with Schmitt trigger inputs and dual 4_line to l_line data selectors or multiplexers is put forward. Hardware framework of the system is based on MCS, including 12_bit multiplying D/A conversion , time interrupt pulse receiving, zero check, out-in, on-off and warning circuit. Software of the system composed of upper software and down software , is joined via serial port. Upper software finish user' s interface faction, including user' s procedure editer mainly, user' s procedure manages, status display etc;Down software finish control faction of electromotor movement , including the servo procedure mainly , the decipher procedure of user' s procedure, dealing with procedure, etc in operation trouble of the electromotor .And PID controller is designed, PID control arithmetic is programmed, parameters of control systemare adjusted online, experiment is researched and the result is analyzed. Experimental result showed that hardware circuit reliability highly and simple, fiting require of design, can meet the require of high precision position control of servo electromotor.
