Currently, Synchro is regarded as an indispensable precision components in this field which is modern navigation equipment.it is regarded as angle position sensor to make remote testing in navigation devices,and it is used in remote control for navigation devices.with the development of economy and digital technology, it has been widely used in aerospace, industrial control and navigation equipment and other areas. However, when synchro is used in practical applications for navigation equipment, due to the impact of various adverse conditions, if the performance maybe have a slight change in navigation systems,the system would have dithering and data distortion,in this situation, the angle measurement becomes more and more important in the navigation equipment.Due to performance of test system's requirements and design cost limitations,the paper design a test system which is based on MCU. the system is characterized by low price, good performance.In the paper C8051F064 microcontroller is regarded as the core point of the signal test system, it can test the angle Synchro analog signal, and it can make for data exchange with PC through the serial port, PC is regarded as display device for digital signal The system integrate various avail factor,such as the computer resources, hardware and use of modular functions in data analysis, process communication and graphical user interface application software combination, the basic idea is to use VC++object-oriented ideas to generate the various instrument panel, it could make data analysis, waveform display and instrument display for angle data which is collected from MCU. it provide a reliable basis for engineering staff to make fault detection and program design navigation equipment.This paper introduces minutely the working principle of Synchro and the development situation and it also analyse the design idea of angle test system.it is divided two parts which is hardware design and software design.Hardware part includes pre-processing circuit, signal conditioning circuitry, size sorting circuit, sampling control circuit, reset circuit, power circuit, JTAG interface circuit, display circuit and the serial communication interface circuits. It is ultra low power SOC C8051F064 MCU, the MCU integrate various resources, the internal integration of two A/D and the DMA interface could ensure acquisition board to quickly and accurately sample signal, software part have two parts:microcontroller software and PC software.MCU software design mainly use C51 language, PC software design adopt object-oriented C++language and modular design concept. Software components include three modules which are serial communication module, data processing module, data display module. The circuit design of the system is simple, it is easy to expand function.according to practice,it could fulfill angle measurement needs for ordinary users.
