With the development of high-speed press, its vibration is becoming one of the important questions to resolve in the field of forging and stamping. On this problem, the following aspects have been studied profoundly in this thesis.Firstly, the author builds up the mathematical model of crank shaft connecting rod and block system and analyses kinematics and dynamic properties of it using analytic method thus acquiring the rule of equivalent inertial force on the airframe caused by the crank shaft connecting rod and block system .Secondly, the author builds up the multi-body dynamics model of crank shaft connecting rod and block system using SolidWorks(the CAD software) and ADAMS(the multi-body dynamics software) and analyses the kinetic and dynamic properties of it. This study make basis on the study of the influence of mass parameter of crank on the equivalent inertial force.Thirdly, the thesis sets up the dynamic model with double freedom degrees for high speed press, simulates the vibration caused by the vertical inertial force by MATLAB software, and analyses the influence of vibration system parameter on airframe swing and the foundation swing at the different excited frequency. This provides the theory basis for the optimization design of high -speed press and isolating vibration system.At last, the optimization of isolating vibration parameter, which takes the vibrating acceleration as the target function and takes the full swing as the constrainablecondition,has been developed by the MATLAB software.
