Dynamic compaction machines are widely used in many fields of the economic construction. Along with development of economy, the consumers require them have higher qualities. Self-release mechanism is a key equipment of dynamic compaction machine and its dynamic behaviors directly influence the dynamic performance of dynamic compaction machine. To increase the level of design and improve structure of nowadays self-release mechanism, based on the dynamic analysis of system, the paper carries on the new design of self-release mechanism, makes it satisfied with working demand.On the background of the subject-dynamic compaction machine, which is developed by Dalian construction machinery institute, considering the factual environment of self-release mechanism, the paper includes the following contents: the research on dynamic modeling and simulation of hydraulic system; the research on optimization of dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system; the research on dynamic characteristics of self-release mechanism.(1)Based on the analysis of self-release mechanism, the structure, principle and hydraulic system are deeply researched.(2)Based on the research on dynamic behaviors of hydraulic system, the dynamic mathematic models of hydraulic system are developed using power bond graph. The dynamic behaviors of hydraulic system as well as the effect of structure parameters on dynamic characteristics of system are analyzed by Matlab.(3)The multi-object optimal model based on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system is established. The optimal dynamic characteristics is solved by Hook-Jeeves optimal method.(4)The dynamic behaviors of self-release mechanism are analyzed by ADAMS.In summary, this paper presents the complete dynamic simulation and optimization research of self-release mechanism. All research results not only play an important theory-instructing role in improvement, optimization and redesign of self-release mechanism system, but also have a good chance to be applied in practice.
