Fouling of heat exchangers and fouling of water system piping is a widespread problem In the industry water system. Specially phenomenon of fouling and cauterization in the circular cool water system is comparison seriously because of continuously evaporate and concentrate in circular cool water system in the electric power, This made the growth of germs and alga is easily, it reduces efficiency of heat exchangers, even damage the equipments, accordingly results in tremendous economic loss, so it is very important to study descaling.However, the existing chemical clean out not only causes pollution,but also reduces the nature life of equipments. Electromagnetic anti-fouling technology does not bring these problems,so researchers give it more attention. This paper brought forward an electromagnetic anti- fouling technology, this technology combined magnetic and electronic field function to handle circular cool water system, it can execution anti-fouling and sterilize germ function.This paper have combined magnetic field and electric field to deal with circulating cool water in power plant, This paper performs the experiment about electromagnetic anti-fouling. The effect of electromagnetic field on anti-fouling systems is explained, the optimum conditions for the functioning of electromagnetic field and the scope of its application are introduced, and a great deal of anti-fouling mechanisms of magnetic treatment are summarized into 4 types, with the advantages and disadvantages of each type analyzed and the prospects for the application of electromagnetic anti-fouling treatment, the is sues existing with it as well as the direction of the research into it pointed out.The primary work is as following: This paper imitated a circulating water system, combined magnetic field and pulse high pressure static electric field to deal with circulating cool water, performs a series of experiment about electromagnetic anti-fouling and sterilize germ.This paper study multiple function of magnetic field and electric field on anti-fouling and sterilize germ , study effect and influencing factor of anti- fouling and sterilize germ by changes condition of electric field intensity, handling time, water kind, and temperature, etc. The experimental results are as follows:1. Under the same circular water condition , electromagnetic field have more anti-fouling efficiency than single electronic field or magnetic field in handle circularwater system, and besides, circular water conductivity have been more advanced by electromagnetic field worked.2. when electromagnetic field deal with different circular water, The best condition of circular water is different, anti-fouling efficiency have the relation with water rigidity, alkalinity, electric voltage, fluid matter, temperature, etc.3. The electromagnetic field have remarkable sterilization efficiency. Electric field intensity, sterilization time and content of germ have remarkable influence on sterilization efficiency.4. The electromagnetic field have remarkable destroy alga efficiencyThis article in allusion to manage technology actuality of Shandong shiliquan power plant, it designed one material physical manage technology project in circle cool water system. And analysed the economy benefit of physical manage technology project, this investigation have reference meaning to fossil power plant in our country.
