In the industrial cooling water circulation systems, the dirt of heat exchanger for design and operation caused enormous economic losses, and the traditional anti-scaling method could bring disadvantages of secondary pollution of the environment, the role of poor results and high cost. But the anti-scaling of electromagnetic field is convenient, pollution-free and low cost advantages over other methods. Based on its important research value and application, this technology has been widespread concerned.This paper describes the basic principle of the high-frequency electromagnetic field anti-scaling, and the impact of the treatment effect of various factors. Through the analysis, this paper puts forward some important factors, and designs a high-frequency electromagnetic anti-sacling device, achieving the main parameters of the measurement, whose output frequency ranges continuously adjustable in a single frequency and frequency sweep signal. It can be converted to sine and square wave as well as triangular wave by the switch, meeting the requirements of the experimental studies.Through the correlative literature, the author designs a set of static and dynamic loop piping system. This paper carries out the static and dynamic testing of recycled water, using self-developed electromagnetic field anti-scaling device to study CaCO3 for example. Through the solution conductivity, pH, Ca 2+ concentration, and measurement of physical and chemical parameters, studies the frequency of high frequency electromagnetic fields on calcium carbonate solubility, rate of crystallization. By use of scanning electron microscope observes the crystal's microscopic changes in the structure. Meanwhile, through the hanging pate method dealt with high frequency electromagnetic fields before and after measurement, explors the quality and scale-like shape changes.Research shows that, the solubility, crystallization rate and crystal structure will change significantly by external high-frequency alternating electromagnetic field, and effect of electromagnetic fields varies with its frequency. Also we find that the structure will change greatly from the original crystal structure of aragonite into calcite, and the effect is obvious with the processing time. In addition, the effect of anti-scaling is effected by the concentration and output frequency, but the output frequency is not as high as possible, while the concentration of Ca 2+ is not more than 5mmol/L. Finally, we artificially simulate the dynamic hard water scale removal experiment, its inhibition rate reaches 71%, so it is an effective anti-scaling obviously from weight and shape after being treated.
