Boiler plays a very important role in industry, further more, in the face of increasingly serious environmental problems, how to improve the boiler thermal efficiency, and reduce the loss of the waste of energy at the same time gradually become the problem of industrial production. The main factor influencing boiler normal, safe operation and the heat efficiency is the fouling in the boiler. In recent years, the research on anti-fouling technology has been paid more and more attention. This paper does the following research aims at fouling problems.First of all, the current anti-fouling treatment method has been briefly analyzed, especially the physical and chemical method. The mechanism and key technology of electromagnetic anti-fouling treatment conducted in-depth research and analysis. Combined with the existing research results the key technology of electromagnetic anti-fouling technology has been analyzed.Secondly, a piece of electromagnetic anti-fouling equipment was made, which can generate sweeping square wave. The frequency of the signal can reach above 20 k Hz to formation the alternating electromagnetic field. Different from the existing coil winding method, a new way to coil winding that combine the use of weak magnetic Mn-Zn ferrite material with winding coil was processed. Compared to the enameled wire, Magnetic materials have better magnetic characteristics, so that this material can effectively enhance the effect.Finally, combined with laboratory test results and using effect of industrial field, summarizing the research.Through experimental analysis, and industrial efficiency of using the equipment, key technology problems of industrial online boiler anti-fouling processing is signal frequency and effective value of current of the electromagnetic. The electromagnetic field force direction can also influence the anti-fouling effect. The practice proved that alternating electromagnetic field can effectively replace fouling that has been generated, while preventing the new fouling.
