Design And Implementation Of Fishfinder Sonar Display Software

The function of Sonar display software developed in this thesis is to present the result of signal and information processed by the subsystem on the screen exactly, and to supply the information about the observing field to the operator. So the Sonar display software plays an important role in displaying the result of signal and information processing suitable for the operators. Supported by the project of the designing of the display console software of fishfinder, firstly, in thesis the technology about fishfinder Sonar display and the consist of it had been presented, the design of Sonar display,trace-to-trace correlation and gray scale display had been presented, a new method of gray scale based on signal noise ratio is developed, discuss image processing technology in order to improve the display; And next, develop a software of fishfinder Sonar display software based on the points presented ahead, and with Object Oriented Programming; Finally, Computer simulation had been used to test the validity of software design. The key point of the research is that,although the detection performance of Sonar signal processing subsystem has been optimized, there is still space of improvement ,which can be achieved by the means of display and postprocessing.
