| The induction motor system is the most extensive used system, it shares 60% in industry and everyday life. A large number of induction motors are used in industrial and mining enterprises at present, but most of them are not at economical operation state and waste a large amount of electric energy. The frequency conversion has permeated in all technology departments of economy domain, as high and new technology, foundation technology and save energy technology , So, vector control system of induction motor with maximum efficiency considering iron loss has very important meanings, and has wide application prospects .Induction motor has simple structure, running reliable, easy to maintain and cheaper, so, at present, the developed countries mostly adopt induction motor. Though it is the non-linear system, many variable, high-order, strong coupling, unlike the direct current machine controlled easily, but with the development of the control theory of the vector, and microelectric technique, computer of control technology, induction motor system performance compare favourably with that of direct current machine.This text puts forward induction motor mathematics model considering iron loss, discusses the relationship of vector control and maximum efficiency control, and has derived out the optimum difference rate formula in random angle frequency. Combinning the two above, it comes up the mathematics model of maximum efficiency vector control system of induction motor considering iron loss, and has utilized MATLAB/SIMULINK tool to model mathematicly and simulation, it also introduces FPGA technology briefly , and its application in speed alternating and adjusting system at the end of the text.This paper has six chapters in all. Chapter one introduces the developing history and current situation of AC frequency exchanging technology and vector control technology, and mentions simply the development trend and tendency of AC frequency exchanging system, and has proposed the subject research background and main research contents by the way; Chapter two states briefly general vector control technology and theory; Chapter three combine the process of modeling and imitatingfor MATLAB/SIMULINK in detail, combinning the real examples; Chapter four, according to the efficiency formula of the induction motor, has derived out the optimum difference rate formula in maximum efficiency controlling; Chapter five, another focal point of this text, has put forward the maximun efficiency system model of vector control and induction motor considering the iron loss, and has provided the dynamic simulation result, and proven the correctness of the model; Chapter six, the last chapter in this paper, combinning the development of the hardware technology of vector controlling, has proposed the control system of vector based on FPGA. |
