The amount of air traffic accident has been increasing with the increasing of airtraffic flow. The work of timely and effective rescue after accident can reduce loss. Therescue system can enhance efficiency of rescue greatly and decrease casualty andproperty losing. The GIS,GPS and GSM technique were integrated into flight emergencyrescue system .We designed the function, framework and rescue flow of the system andresearched the interrelated algorithms. When researching route optimizing algorithm, weconstructed the topology of route network. According with geography attribute andposition relation, we selected the nodes and arcs from the route network. The searchrange was reduced and the efficiency of algorithm was enhanced. In the algorithm ofresource optimization, we analyzed the factors influencing the death in accident, putforward to the computer method of death toll and constructed linear programming modeltaking death toll as target function. Finally, we carried out the main function of thesystem with computer technique and carried on emulation simulation for the interrelatedalgorithms.
