Some type compositive mine-sweeping machine is one of important weaponries for our troops to satisfy the conduct fight project guarantee and remove obstacles. In order to establish the system and perfect the guarantee of equiping,an expert system for faults diagnosis should be developed, which can shoot electric control system troubles. The article expounds the developed course and key technologies of the intelligent compositive fault-diagnosis instrument for this type compositive mine sweeping machine's electric control system in detail. And it is discussed in two aspects, technology realized and principle diagnosed. In the first respect,some details are include such as the software and hardware design of the intelligent compositive fault-diagnosis instrument, reliability design, key technology in program and so on. In the other respect, the focal point lies in fault-diagnosis expert system and main-controller fault-diagnosis system. In fault-diagnosis expert system, the article discusses how to use fault analysis trees to create fault-finding trees, which are the foundation of trouble shooting and consequence interpreting, and how to use them. Then, a new method is presented for machine learning and trouble shooting based on experience knowledge. In main-controller fault-diagnosis system, based on the deep analysis to the circuit, we find a special way to diagnose the main-controller, which is derived from semi-enumeration in digital circult trouble-shooting. At last, it is interpreted detailedly how to use the way to diagnose the combinational logic circuit and the simple sequence logic circuit in main-controller. Content described in the article and the work realized fault-diagnosis instrument are based on a great deal of references, which are the studied achievement of pioneers. It is suitable for the design and realization of fault-diagnosis expert system, embedded system and the research in correlative fields.
