Boiler Faults Fuzzy Diagnosis Expert System Based On Internet/Local

It's very difficult to forecast and diagnose boiler faults because of the complexity, nonlinear and large time delay in plant boiler system. At the same time, most faults are uncertainty and imprecise, so diagnosis model based on traditional math method is not applicable. However, building remote diagnosis system for the more convenient communication among universities, research departments and plants is very important in the condition of the rapidly development of Internet. This thesis developed rule-based boiler fault fuzzy diagnose expert system, using the fuzzy set theory and expert system diagnose method employing effective human language, fuzzy logic and expert system method can fuzzy reason and diagnose the faults of boiler system. The system, adopting modularizing structure, based on Web technology, was built on Browser/Server/Database with eminent expansibility and manipulability.In this thesis, fuzzy math theory was imported into expert diagnose system. Combining boiler faults' characteristics with fuzzy math, bring forward a rule-based fault fuzzy diagnosis expert system and key questions of building normal rule-based fault fuzzy diagnosis expert system. Then the process of building rule-based boiler fault fuzzy diagnosis expert system and system structure and the design of every subsystem was introduced and dilated. In order to explaining the system fully, the diagnosis of boiler full water and tube leakage fault was analyzed. At last, the fuzzy diagnosis expert system was combined with Internet and the design and implement of client and server were explained detailed.
