In order to adapt to the application of new dual fuel bus, this project is sponsored. The system achieved preciously control to the flux of natural gas in the electric-control injection.The paper introduces the hardware composing and the software designing of this system. Introduce this system's working principle and designing thinking. At the same time, the working principle of transformer sensor and micro step drive technology of step motor are introduced. The step motor selection foundation , strategy of control movement and rule of speed up and down are analyzed.In this new position control system, sensor, step motor, microcontroller, CAN communication system and others system are used. The robotization and flexible designing are realization. It overcomes the shortcoming of the same kind of foreign product, such as machine abrasion, short natural life, bad reliability.Finally the system was tested carefully. Many anti-interfere methods are used in our test. These experiments proved that our system is reliable, stable and meet the prescriptive design requirement.
