The project stems from a company's commission and the purpose is to adapt their products to market-oriented requests. The aim of project is to develop a set of sensor of automobile electronically controlled gas-injection control system to replace imported similar products, to meet the technique requirement, and to improve the performance of sensor in old system under the lower cost.During the process of automobile operation, because of some reasons, the valve plug of electronic-controlled injection system will choke up, it will make the stepping motor lose step and idle so that it will influence the control of gas discharge rate, therefore, sensor which is used to measure valve opening will play an important role in the system. The sensor of automobile electronically controlled gas-injection control system can measure the displacement of valve opening precisely, then the information is put into electronic engine control unit (ECU) for analyses, consequently, ECU will control stepping motor action in order to control valve opening back feed, guarantee precise control of gas discharge rate and reduce energy consumes and pollution of the environment.On the base of studying structure format of differential transformer and by introducing the principle of automobile electronic control system , principle of differential transformer and knowledge about motor, we have developed a new sensor of automobile electronically controlled gas-injection control system, which is small in volume and has simple manufacture procedure. Moreover, on the base of the knowledge of electron and electrocircuit, and following the design thought of intelligent instrument, signal handling circuit of this sensor has been designed to be reliable and simple in structure, it is capable of self-adjusting to zero, calibration, filter and amplification. In addition, anti-jamming plan has also been made in the structure design to improve the new sensor stabilization and reliability. Compared with imported similar products, the new displacement sensor has the same performance, work reliable, cost cheaper, and will be able to match requirement of market.
