An important factor which impact automobile performance is vibration, and vehicle riding and handling stability performance and the fatigue life of automotive components is impacted badly by the vibration. There are three parts which damp vibration: the tyre, suspension and the seat. The suspension system exert mostly effect.At present, the conventional passiveness suspension and passiveness shock absorber is applied extensive at home. The damp modulus and spring rigidity of conventional passiveness suspension shock absorber is fixed , which can't exert benign damp action. Along with the development of modern electron technique, it appears initiative and half initiative suspension. Although initiative suspension can obtain all wool and a yard wide separate flap system theoretically, it realizes the control aim of perfect suspension. But the energy cost great, the cost high and the structure complex. Half initiative suspension settles the conflict of conventional passiveness suspension existent comfort and stability , which is closed to initiative suspension in the control quality ,but the structure is simple ,the price is cheaper, except drive electrical and electromagnetism clique need consume energy ,which have no use for provide additional annex power supply, Adjustable shock absorber is the core of half initiative suspension , which stand or fall will straight affect the ride comfort .The mostly aim of this thesis study a half initiative suspension shock absorber of effect better and the price feasible, use it can bring manifold damp force ,which fit manifold status to apply. First ,the thesis analyze the damp modulus ,establish the entire vehicles model with seven degrees of freedom, aim at the import signal and road chart, analyze the influence of damp modulus to entire vehicles ride comfort, and find the change current. Then base the dynamics model and the principle of suspension damp ratio choose of quarter of bodywork, and work out the change space of shock absorber damp modulus. Ensure the fringe structure of adjustable shock absorber, apply the hydraulic pressure formulae, ensure different location diameter of damping bore, and apply MATLAB SIMULINK software to modeling and emulate, protract emulator speed characteristic and characteristic curve.The thesis develop the adjustable shock absorber which adopt step enter electrical to by way of drive import fountain, shock absorber design for the structure of may strip ,convenient for instead each part of adjust damp to achieve different damp test aim. The shock absorber radix style is double canister style structure, adopt turn valve mode to adjust the inner liquid circulate aperture of shock absorber, thereby achieve the aim of adjust damp modulus .Apply UG software to design and protract the three dimension figure model of each parts of adjustable shock absorber, after ,ensure the dimension of each parts to carry through dummy assemble , validate each parts value of shock absorber and the constructional feasibility. Lookup the machine handbook and ensure each assemble size, apply CAD to protract two dimension machining drawing, process and assemble,Apply test-bed to test the adjustable shock absorber, according to the test standard to adopt sine wave bestir fashion, get the average value of many group test resultant by way of test resultant, and contrast the emulate result ,indicate the blue print feasibility ,and provide the theory data for latter research.
