Research On Dynamic Characteristics Analysis And Control Of Air Suspension Car

With ideal stiffness characteristics and vehicle height adjustment,air suspension can improve vehicle ride comfort,control stability and through performance.Nowadays the vehicle comfort has been required more and more strictly with the improvement of our life.So in order to demand this requirement,the car assembled air suspension will be very popular in next several decades.The main research contents are as followed.Firstly,the development of air suspension history and research status was displayed in first chapter.And the ride comfort and control stability research of air suspension,air spring inflation and deflation control were set up as the direction of my thesis.Secondly,the structure and type of air spring are introduced and built mathematical model of air spring based on the working principle of air spring;A simulation model of air spring was established with relevant data from a real car and then get air spring characteristic curve by simulation.Thirdly,the vehicle dynamics simulation model is established based on real vehicle data with ADAMS/Car software.The rigidity and damping of the air suspension system in the vehicle model are modified to the values determined in second chapter,and then the ride comfort and control stability simulation are analyzed.Lastly,the air suspension of the spring is replaced by electrically controlled air spring,and a two-degree-of-freedom height adjustment model of the single electronic air suspension is created by MATLAB.Through the simulation analysis,it can be observed that there is obvious overcharge phenomenon.In order to reduce the phenomenon,PID/PWM controller is designed.
