PID controller whose algorithm is simple, robust and reliable is widely used in the area of industry control, and the control effect is satisfied. But for the system of Fluoride gas stations, because the number of inflatable bottles is not constant in each filling, and in the process of filling, the pressure is not always the same in different time, also the change of temperature and so on, brings about the changes of the corresponding parameters of the system. The parameter of conventional PID controller is often exactly designed to one kind of situation, so the conventional PID controller is very difficult to keep pressure constant. The exports pressure of high-pressure tank is greatly affected on the system of security and other parameters, as the deficiency of conventional PID controller described above, we propose to use intelligent PID control method, using fuzzy PID controller to adapt to the process of target and changes in order to achieve constant pressure control.In this paper, fuzzy control theory, the design step of parameters self-adjusting fuzzy controller and the fuzzy controller applied in the pressure control system of the Fluoride gas station are introduced in detail. Fuzzy control system is mainly composed of fuzzy controller and some peripheral device, and the core of which is fuzzy controller. This paper is focus on fuzzy parameters self-adjusting PID controller design process. By adjusting the fuzzy PID controller parameters, it can meet some of the more demanding control system. The automation design of Fluoride gas stations system is mainly composed of PLC(Programmable Logical Controller), DI(Digital Input modules), DO(Digital Output modules), AO(Analog Output modules), Security Fence, Touch-screen and so on, which is include hardware system and software system. At the same time the MATLAB simulation is carried out. MATLAB toolbox and fuzzy simulation environment are used and simulating a second-order system is taken for an example. Fuzzy parameter self-adjusting PID controller has good response characteristics, and strong anti-jamming capability compared with conventional PID controller. Fuzzy parameter self-adjusting PID controller system is easy to operate, quick to follow, steady-state high precision, and can satisfy with the performance index. The practical applications also show that the fuzzy controller parameters self-adjusting controller of the overall performance is better than conventional PID controller.
