| This text explains the ensemble architecture of the intelligent CAPP system based on group technology. As to the method of the part information inputting, we use the thoughts of group technology and part characteristic, carry on some modifications on the basis of the OPTIZ system, in order that the system can show to the accuracy grade that is the deficiency of the OPTIZ system. In the processing of craft creating, the system provides the method that the OPTIZ code and the characteristic code of the part combined together to make up the information inputting. To create the craft design, the system adopts the craft decision method that the characteristic makes up and arranges in an order, have avoided the setting-up of the complicated mathematics model, and adopt the producing type regular expression method to provide the expression of the craft rules. The system uses the teaching tactics of the intellectual technology to obtain the knowledge. The system can study the new craft rules and forget the fail craft rules. This character improves systematic self-adaptation and learning ability. The system is designed with Visual basic language and Access, and realizes using ADO to interview Access database, and finish the management, deriving and creating of the craft file.Chapter one explains the current situation and development of the CAPP systems, and points out the defects that the CAPP systems now exist at home and abroad. At the same time, it introduces that the CAPP system has new developing direction with the development of relevant subject.Chapter two introduces the main composition and the function of each composition module in the intelligent CAPP system based on group technology.Chapter three introduces the characteristic of the OPITZ system and the method of improving it to adapt the need of actual conditions.Chapter four introduces the search module and the derive module of the intelligent CAPP system based on group technology. And this chapter explains the process of deriving the craft files, provides method of getting the similar coefficient while deriving the craft, and introduces the whole workflow of the searching process.In chapter five, we apply expert system in the intelligent CAPP system based on group technology. And this chapter explains the composition and principle of this expert system. It introduces the method of expressing the craft knowledge, defines the meaning of the records in the craft knowledge database, and the application of knowledge acquisition among them.In Chapter six, we use the Visual Basic languages set up the interface of the system, utilize OLE DB ADO technology and SQL language to interview systematic database, finish the searching, deriving and creating of the craft.Chapter seven explains the intelligent CAPP system extant deficiency and developing direction in the future. |
