The research work of tire testing machine in our country was started late, and this kind of equipment mainly relied on imports in the early days. In recent years, our country has also got great progress in the aspect of the R&D of tire testing machine, however, the domestic tire testing machine can not at present imitate the state of the high-speed tires, and can just detect the performance of slow tires. The R&D of high-speed tire testing machine has been blank yet. The automobile high-speed tire testing machine that we study is the experiment equipment that measures various property parameters of an automobile tire in the state of high speed, 250 km/h. Electro-Hydraulic Servo Loading System(EHSLS) simulates the dynamic load acting on tires when a automobile is traveling at high speed, and can be used to create various types of load on the tires in the lab condition. As an important part of hardware-in-the-loop simulation equipments, advanced EHSLS can provide data for new types of high-speed tires' design. As a typical position and force servo system, EHSLS can apply various loading on the tire during the experiments. It is a complex system of mechanics and electro-hydraulics. The study of EHSLS requires comprehensive knowledge of machinery dynamics, hydraulic, control and computer theory.The main work surrounds the performance study of the hydraulic servo loading system in automobile high-speed tire testing machine. With a theoretical analysis and study about servo control system, this paper sets up the linear mathematical model and nonlinear mathematical model of hydraulic servo vertical loading system of I work position. On the grounds of the actual conditions, the project effect of different models is validated through the software simulation of SIMULINK. Moreover, the unsymmetrical movement of loading system gains compensation. And the PID controlling parameter of the hydraulic servo system was explored. In the end, the industrial control computer is utilized to control the system.
