With the development of science and technology,the renewal of military equipment is also changing rapidly.A large equipment is required to have a good leveling and erecting function,and servo electric cylinder is the main actuator of the leveling and electing device.Only ensure the good performance of the servo electric cylinder can make the equipment work stable.Therefore,based on the understanding of the actual working conditions and performance of the leveling lifting device,a set of comprehensive performance test system for servo electric cylinder based on hydraulic load was designed,and the comprehensive performance test was carried out for leveling and vertical electric cylinder,and the simulation analysis and test study of the hydraulic loading system that simulated real environment loading was emphasized.The test results were accurate and reliable.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the requirements of the comprehensive performance test system of servo electric cylinder,the overall scheme design of the system is introduced in detail.Control mode of "industrial PC + motion control card + PLC" is selected.The industrial control machine connects the motion control card through the PCI mode,and controls the operation of the servo-electric cylinder through the motion control card.PLC is used as the auxiliary controller of the lower computer.PLC connects the communication with the upper computer through OPC mode,and provides the simulated load for the electric cylinder by hydraulic loading.Also PLC can automatically test the performance parameters of the servo electric cylinder and carry out relevant data processing.(2)According to the overall test plan,the hardware design and software design of the system are detailed.The hardware design includes the hardware selection and design of the test system,the design of the hardware circuit,the design of the hydraulic system and the calculation and selection of the components.The software design is divided into two parts.The upper computer adopts the modular design method,which mainly includes parameter configuration,process control,communication module,data management,motion control and fault response.The lower computer includes data acquisition,hydraulic control,fault response and monitoring and alarm.(3)The main components of the hydraulic loading system are built and the closedloop transfer function of the hydraulic loading system is obtained.The simulation model of hydraulic loading system was built by MATLAB/Simulink simulation software,and the step response and sinusoidal response curve of the system were obtained.In order to improve the loading effect,the fuzzy PID self-tuning algorithm is added in the control to improve the control performance of the system.(4)According to GB/T17421.2-2000?general rules for machine tool inspection",part 2: determination of positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of numerical control axis?,the accuracy of servo electric cylinder is tested,and the test result meets the performance requirement index.The simulation results of the hydraulic loading system are tested,and the correctness of the simulation results and the rationality of the design of hydraulic loading system are verified.At the same time,the force characteristics of the servo electric cylinder were tested and the test results met the system performance requirements.
