The vertical force loading system of the Hydraulic servo test bench is a kind of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system, and its function is setting the material loaded by the vertical force under the environment of laboratory, in order to test different material's static and dynamic parameters. With the rapid development of industry, many new materials have emerged and been frequently used in engineering practice, therefore their technical performance index has become increasingly stressed on.The direction of the research is vertical force loading system of the Hydraulic servo test bench, by the dynamics analysis of the system and the contrast of two kinds of control theory, the mathematical model of vertical force loading system is established. According to the parameters of the mathematical model, the performance of the control system is researched. The MATLAB software is used for supporting the research of system performance, the simulation results of the mathematic model and the equation of state is consistent with the parameters in the production process, which proved that the mathematical model is correct.Two schemes, the state equation and transfer function, are put forward in this thesis. The loading system control concerned in the two schemes is investigated. The key problems of the system need to be solved are the physical characteristics of the static and the dynamic response in loading process parameters. The feedback part system introduced level 3 pressure sensor is used to insure the accuracy requirement under different pressure ranges. Through the experiment the static and dynamic performance index of hydraulic servo test bench perpendicular force loading system is obtained. The performance parameters of the system are greatly affected by speed amplification coefficient, hydraulic natural frequency and viscous damper coefficients, and according to the simulation results comparison can guide the practice. The designed system can run smoothly and permanently. The method adopted in the thesis for improving the performance of vertical loading control system and the subsequent conclusion are also applicable to other perpendicular force loading system, which has a certain significance and practical value for the design of other experiment platforms.
