The Research On The Sustainable Utilization Of Water Resources In Daiyue District Of Tai-an City

Through broad investigation and analysis of the hydrogeology, weather, river and reservoir, the water using of industry, agricultural and the water for denizen day-life, based on the forecast of population and the production value development of industry and agricultural, the balance status of water supply under the different economic development models in apiece department in 2005, 2010, 2030 was estimated in the thesis. The main contents include in: the actuality and exploitation of water resources, the forecast and the balance analysis of water supplying and requiring in different water-level years, and the guarantee measures of water sustainable utilization in Daiyue district. The countermeasure of water supplying and the project invest plan were made. By innovation of water resources management system, the regulation and running system of water resources were established. According to the management characters of water-affair in modern city and village, water price system, including the charge of water resources, water supplying project, and the sewage disposal, and its blue print of adjustment-actualization were designed. This thesis put forward the evaluation method according to the update water-affair project supplying the water capacity in future. It also put forward the correlative calculation method in the thesis. Furthermore, it were investigated the economy and technique index of industrial waterpower, the economizing waterpower target, economizing waterpower and new water resources developing, as well as relations of their secondary supplying balance and calculating contents and methods. The point of view stated in this thesis had important significance, which were reinforcing full-orientation saving of waterpower and water environment protection, developing new water source moderately, extending capacity of the waterpower project and its running efficiency, increasing carrying capacity of water resource, and sustaining and ensuring the continuable development of society economics.
