With the improvement of society, the relationship between human and building is more and more close. People spend more time in building, the function that people have given to building is more complicated and synthetic, at the same time, the large mass buildings are constructed steadily. Thus fire danger and harmfulness are increased. Once building fire happens, huge property damage and heavy casualties are caused. Improving building safety level becomes an issue of architecture science and technology, and completion acceptance of building fire project is an important link.This dissertation starts with the problem of macroscopical assessment, fire project assessment methods are studied, model is proposed by hierarchy analysis, the data of investigation is statistically analysed, single arrangement of every subgoal and general arrangement weighting are calculated, how to apply the weighting in practical completion acceptance is studied, and the contradiction between subgoal score and general evaluation is solved by making use of closeness degree.In this dissertation, merit rating criterion of fire project is unified for fire department, supervising unit and constructor, and the quality of fire project is improved and fire safety is guaranted.
