The Research On Bidding Assessment For The Test Examination Of Highway Acceptance Check

At present, bidding has become the main means which bidders obtain the projects. Whyresearch this issue? On the one hand, the evaluation method research has matured in the stageof highway build, design, construction, supervision and so on, but, the research results is lessin the construction of the evaluation indicators and the application of evaluation method aboutthe test examination of highway acceptance check. On the other hand, due to the core of thetender is the determination of the bid assessment method. It depends on two aspects how toselect the appropriate evaluation indicators and what kind of model for bid evaluation methodis used. So, it is necessary on evaluation methods research about the test examination ofhighway acceptance check.First, this paper expounds the development process of the bidding in china and overseasand the problems existing in the bidding and introduces the project bidding process ofcompletion of acceptance and the basic requirements of testing institutions. Second, aiming atthe existing problem in the bidding and combining with the comprehensive evaluation method,this paper constructed the evaluation index system and established the mathematical model inorder to quantitative analysis and developed evaluation method in detail for completion ofacceptance of the project. Third, the evaluation method based on the hierarchical analysismodel is applied to specific case in case analysis part. It selects the optimal bidding units byapplying the set of comprehensive evaluation method. In order to verify the accuracy of theevaluation methods, paper has carried on the contrast using the grey correlation model. Theresults showed that the evaluation method which based on the hierarchical analysis model wasnot only feasible but also easy to operate in reality.
