The implementation of the Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering (GB50300-2001) and its accessorial standards has greatly promoted the improvement of the quality of building engineering. As the important parts of the quality acceptance system, partialized and itemized project management are the keys in Construction Quality Acceptance. The more logical a project is partialized and itemized, the more scientific the Construction Quality Acceptance System, the more clear the hierarchy, the more practical the code, and the more reliable the conclusion would be.Based on the analyzing of the practical problems of the Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering and its accessorial standards, this paper firstly discusses the necessary of the optimization of project itemizing. Secondary, by thoroughly studying the Unified Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering (GB50300-2001) and its accessorial standards, combined with the practical situation, according to the essence of related law and codes, guided by systematic management, principal of responsibility, and all quality management, this paper adopts a historical comparative studying method, optimized the itemization and partialization. Besides, as the implementation of new law and codes, it suggests the method in energy saving part and fire control part. Finally, it takes a practical example to demonstrate the validity and efficiency of the optimization of project partialization and itemization proposed above, indicating the practicability and maneuverability of the method.
