The paper takes the JianZha HuangHe River Brirdge in QingHai province as an object of the study and focuses on the research of two points including structure analysis and line-type control of PC continuous rigid frame bridge in construction with the cast-in-place cantilever method. The research mainly includes such contents as below.1. Thorougbiully investigating into present analysis methods of bridge structures, assembling analysis method and disassembling analysis method are theoretically analyzed and compared. By discussing the two calculation methods, a simply available method meeting the precision is established.2. According to the theory of mechanical principles and finite element method, the mechanical model and discretization of the bridge structure have been analyzed in details. Through thenumerical simulation of the construction process of the bridge with ANSYS(?) program and compared its results with the practical results, a series of methods to simulate the construction with ANSYS program, which including the establishment of the FEM model, employing the element birth and death capability of ANSYS(?) , solution of the FEM model, solution result analysis and so on were finally established. The simulation results were in good agreement with the practical results, it shows that the numerical simulating of the construction process of the bridge with ANSYS program is effective, the theory and the method the paper based on about structure analysis indicates well the actual mechanics state of the bridge structure in the construction process and it would be available for reference for the construction of identical kind of bridges.3. Construct line-type control of box beam for PC continuous rigid frame bridge in cantilever construction process is very important. Joining precision of the bridge is mostly dependent on vertical deformation control, which is crucial for guaranteeing geometric control within the range of the permission of design. By analyzing factors relative to construct line-type control, such as separation of actual deflection of box beam, segmental vertical deformation, accumulative vertical deformation, some available conclusion is achieved.
