| The paper takes a Bridge in the National Route No.312 as an object of the study and focuses on the research of the vertical and lateral displacement control of cured continuous rigid frame bridge in construction with the cast-place cantilever method. The research mainly includes such contents as below:1. Thoroughfully investigate into the structure analysis method of bridge construction control, the content and method of rigid frame bridge construction control, and the theory of long-span bridge construction error adjustment. By discussing and comparing, a simply available method meeting the cured continuous rigid frame bridge is established.2. Build the FEM model of the construction process of the cured continuous rigid frame bridge with MIDAS/Civil program. The simulation results were in good agreement with the practical results, which shows that the numerical simulating of the construction process of the bridge with MIDAS/Civil program is convenient and precise, the theory and the method this paper based on about structure analysis indicates well the actual mechanics state of the bridge structure in the construction process and it would be available for reference for the construction of identical kind of bridges.3. During the construction process of the bridge, it will be affected by all kinds of factors such as the design parameters, construction technology, measure precision and etcs. In this paper, the FEM model was used to analysis the effect degree of all these parameters, by which the main effect factors to this kind of bridges in the construction process were confirmed, it will be available for reference for the construction of identical kind of bridges.4. Try to use the gray systerm theory to analysis and calculate the line-type error ofthe cured continuous rigid frame bridge in construction with the cast-in-place cantilever method. According as the deflection errors of completed segments, modified and forecast the deflections of segment under construction with gray theory. This method was proved exact and applicable. |
