Pre-reinforced concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is one of the most widely used in Bridge engineering which is constructed through erecting hole by hole,moving die carrier and balanced cantilever etc. The balanced cantilever is the main way of construction. To continuous rigid frame bridge with High Pier and Large Span,the state of the deformation of the structure,the stress and the strain of section in the construction stage effect the alignment of the suspension bridge,so,the control and the emulation analysis of construction of bridges seems very important.This article integrates engineering case,analyzing the effect of shrinkage and creep of concrete of construction control to long span continuous concrete girder bridge and build the FEM model of the construction Process of the continuous rigid frame bridge with large model structure analyzing homogeneous program SAP2000.The simulation results were in good agreement with the Practical results, which shows that the numerical simulation of the construction process of the bridge with SAP2000 Program is convenient and precise, the theory and the method this paper based on about structure analysis indicates well the actual mechanics state of the bridge structure in the construction process and it would be available for reference for the construction of identical kind of bridges...
