| The composite cementing material for soil studied in this paper is a new type of inorganic cementing material that can stabilize soil. It can cement the surface of soil grain directly and can react with clay mineral to create the cementing material in the normal temperature. The main components includes: CaO, SiO2, A12O3 and composite exciting material. The main raw and processed material is calces, fly ash, slag, clinker and core material, etc..From the tests performance, this paper discussed the result of cementing four types of soil — sand, sand shale, red soil, and silt which in different liquid limit. It still study the four types of soil in comparison and found the common laws and open out the inner mechanism of composite cementing material for soil's solidification to give the theoretical gists and technical support to farther directions for produing it, performance improvement and projects applying.As the traditional material that commonly used, cement has its own limitation such as limited solidifying objects, bad stability in water, high cost and uneasy adjustment in coagulation time etc. in water conservancy, architecture and road etc.. The succeed in developing composite cementing material for soil can take place of traditional cementing material such as cementand concrete applying and avoid the shortage of them. This material got good result in several projects applying in Guangxi and Sichuan. It still finished the find item of Guangxi science and technology department and water conservancy department.This paper also prospects the applying foreground of this material. It believed that the development and applying of this material has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit and will impulse solidifying material's applying in Guangxi even in west region greatly. It still can promote the development of area economy, the adjustment of local industry structure and the improvement of science and technology greatly. |
