The autoclaved aerated concrete block masonry has the advantages of light quality, good sound absorption effect, good thermal performance, green environmental protection,so it has been widely used in the construction industry, but it also cracks easily. It is mainly because the matching degree of ordinary cement mortar and aerated block is not high, and the general cementing material can not meet the special requirement of the cementing material. In order to further promote the application of autoclaved aerated block and improve the quality and performance of the wall, this paper uses the following research on the autoclaved fly ash block masonry with 4 different cementing materials:The basic mechanical properties of autoclaved fly ash aerated concrete block?ordinary cement mortar?recycled red brick aggregate mortar?polymer waterproof mortar and ceramic tile have been studied through material test.Through the compression test of autoclaved fly ash block masonry, the factors affecting the compressive strength of masonry and the mechanism of masonry compression failure are discussed, and the influence of different cementing materials on masonry cracking, block strength utilization and compressive strength is analyzed, and the compressive strength of the autoclaved coal ash aerated concrete block masonry is given. Finally, the stress-strain curves and elastic modulus values of masonry are given. At the same time, the results of compressive test are compared with those of other scholars using special mortar in recent years.Through the shear test of autoclaved fly ash and aerated concrete block masonry, the factors affecting the shear strength of masonry are discussed, and the influence of different cementing materials on the shear failure form and shear strength of masonry is analyzed, and the formula of shear strength is given. At the same time, the results of shear tests are compared with the results of shear tests carried out by other scholars in recent years.Based on the theoretical calculation, the influence of the thickness of the seam and the types of cemented materials on the thermal performance of masonry is studied with the average thermal resistance of masonry and the average heat transfer coefficient of masonry as the reference index. It is concluded that the average heat transfer coefficient of masonry can be reduced by using the cementing material with better thermal performance and masonry with thin gray joints.
