When there is a fault in the distribution system, an optimal solution can be obtained by operating the sectionalizing and tie switches.Firstly,this paper uses a kind of matrix algorithm to find the fault location,so the fault can be seperated.A new approach to modeling distribution system is presented.Based on special hiberarchy characteristic,this paper proved the back/forward sweep distribution load flow algorithm.It can compute parallely the loss of voltage and power of branches in the same layer,so it can prove the efficiency.Secondly, the genetic algorithms theory is expained and some aspects are improved,such as coding strategy, genetic operation strategy and convergence rule etc.In addition,the fuzzy control approach is used to change crossover and mutation rate to avoid the local optimal solution.Finally,the mathematical model of service restoration is presented,including two objective functions,and the fuzzy genetic algorithms is applied to find the optimal solution,and the simulation result denote its efficiency.
