Material Distribution Drawing's Computer Aided Design For Aircarft Tire Of Finished Product

Computer aided design (CAD) has got the extensive application in tire design. however, its development in aircraft tire design has not made much progress as the characteristics of aircraft tire are quite different from that of ground vehicle tires. Especially material distribution drawing in the aviation tire finished product, the designer of the aviation tire in domestic has been drawing material distribution drawing by hands in computer.In this paper, the author put forward on the foundation of the AutoCAD, made full use of the integration development environment of the VisualLISP, AutoLISP language and DCL language, developed a soft of CAD in aircraft tire design . The soft can draw material distribution drawing of aircraft tire for two wire beads, including 4-4-2 and 3-3-2 ply turnups structure.The software' s structure is different from the general CAD of tire, the parameter of the aircraft tire can be import from the interface of the soft. The each procedure drawing of material distribution drawing must import parameter of designer through man-machine conversation.
