Design And Research Of Parametric Drawing Clear Pool

Clear water reservoir is an essential part of water treatment system,which structure and design calculation method is basically stereotyped.It is mean that had formed a kind of design habit.For designing this kind of structure,we had the conditions to develop a designing and drawing software which is parameterized and intelligent,also a set of parameterized designing software to clear pool.It can reduce unnecessary tedious and repeated repetition by labor designers,to improve efficient and accuracy of design.AutoCAD is a generally used computer aided designing software,which has comprehensive function and extensive application.While CAD software is only a electronic design board in the design of water treatment engineering constructions,it cannot achieve the purpose of the parameterization,intelligent design and drawing.It intrinsically has open architecture and could provide a variety of developed tools.That could follow user's demand to secondary development to meet various needs of users.The main research is water treatment structures,of which researching clear water reservoir parametric design and drawing.At first,according to The Specification For Design of Outdoor Water Supply(GB50013-2014),designing method of clear water reservoir was been standardized.Effective volume of clear water reservoir was used as basically designed parameters and reaction time of disinfection is used as aided design parameters.Selection of design parameters was determined by the scope of specification.Designing and calculating formula of clear water reservoir is based on designed formula which is recommended by Designing Specification of Outdoor Water Supply.On the basis of checking out a certain amount of engineering design examples and some engineering design drawings of clear water reservoirs,standardization processing drawings of clear water reservoirs reference Water Supply and Drainage Design Manual and related design documents.Three different located plans and profiles of clear water is sysmatically designed by software,which could comprehensively showed basic structure and size of each part in clear water reservoir.This software is at AutoCAD system environment,utilizing its built-in VBA language,using ActiveX automation technology and visual interface,developed as a set of parametric design system of clear water reservoir.This system is composed of five sections,which are common design and calculation parameters database,designing and calculating module of clear water reservoir,parametric drawing module,auxiliary function module.That were 11 designed operation forms,Which were used for the operation of man-machine interactive information.This forms were mainly used for inputting and selecting raw materials,design parameters and drawing control parameters,displaying design and calculation results,checking restrictions and subsequent processing,selecting structural parameters,drawing scale,such as thickness of pool body wall,diameter and structural parameters of pipes,etc.The research had compiled 11 dedicated calculation functions such as calculating and positioning drawing point,primitiving size,determining relative position,12 dedicated basic primitive drawing functions,5 repeatedly using macro code modules such as support columns and dimensioning,etc.With these special calculation and drawing functions and basic drawing command of VBA,parameterized drawing of clear water reservoir could be carried out,standard CAD designing could be directlygenerated.If the designers was not satisfied to the drawings,not only new designing drawings were drived and regenerated again by modify design parameters and constraints,but also manually modify graphic design in CAD environment,until satisfied.
