Decision support system, which is based on managerial subject, operational research, cybernetics and behavioral science, which is with the computer technique, imitation technique and information technique, to counter the semi-structural decision problem, may provide necessary data, information and kinds of decision schemes for decider, may proceed to analyze problem, to compare, to evaluate problem, to choose and judge, and provide the right decision with necessary support. The assessing decision support system on the pressure vessel defects , which will availably ulilze the technique datas, materials and the experience by the test and examination in the use of the pass more than twenty years, which will accurately understand the current situation and the usage safety in the coming periods in order to improve the reliability on using, managing, examining, mending and renewing etc., which may improve the automatic and intelligent level of assessing and judging to defects, which will realize the valid distinguishing , the valid drawing and the valid handling to the dangerous defects of imperiling the safety, is significant to prevent more availably the accident from occurring .The thesis mainly proceeded to research on the assessing process and the technique route to the servicing pressure vessels containing blemish , on the blemish assess decision support system' s requirement analysis and function model, on the blemish assess decision support system's design and realization... etc.Completed works are as below:1. Theoretically Based on break mechanics, plasticity mechanics, metal fatigue... etc. , it made a study of the technique route in which the lost effectiveness assess diagram was adopted in the routine assess, of the engineering optimization method in which the EPR1 was adopted in the high-level assess, and advanced creatively the analysis method of the cave pit blemish pressure container plastic limit load, and realized the analysis and assess of servicing pressure vessel containing blemish .2. Adopting the traditional requirement describe's method, the structural optimization's method and the describing method to face to object, it completed the the system' s requirement analysis , and established the function model of the decision support system and database system, according to the system' s function activity and its contact.3. Adopting the modular thought and tactics from top to bottom to design system's contructure, by way of fining the administrative level of the process details to develope the procedure, by means of the macroscopic statement of function resolving up to forming procedure design language to develop the system's administrative level construction, to realize gradually the software' s construction simplification, the reliability improvement and maintenance management easily.
