| Since pressure vessels in service will suffer a lot of hidden troubles in safe as the using time prolonged, it is necessary to check the system regularly to assess its safety. Traditional way is to assess detected data, which needs complicated calculation, usually data can't be further analyzed. So it is necessary to manage large quantity data by database. Based on this, assessing decision support system can be set up.Such system can be used to efficiently assess, abstract and handle all kinds of defects in pressure vessels, and automatically and smartly assess defects. Then the reliability of pressure vessels can be improved in the using, managing, detecting, repairing, and replacing processes, which can greatly prevent accidents.This project mainly deals with the problems of how to manage large quantity data, how to efficiently judge, abstract and handle defects. Combining related knowledge, present project can provide useful data and information for assessing and even choosing defect-assessing schemes, based on computer, simulation and information techniques. It can also help assess results accurately.Main points are the following:1. Study the necessaries for system development, such as database techniques, decision support system techniques, expert system techniques, man-machine conversation techniques, and etc.;2. Analyze the establishment of defects database and assessing decision support system. Set up models by using traditional, structural and O.O. ways, and decidemain system functions correspondingly;3. Analyze failure modes of pressure vessels, and corresponding access way and route, based on engineering fracture mechanics and associated with pressure vessels defects assessing criterion including CVDA-84 SAPV-95 and R/H/R6;4. Set up the structural frame, and design the related functional models by using O.O. way. Complete the design of database, model database and defect accessing system;5. Study and discuss the fuzzy assess for pressure vessel defects by using fuzzy mathematics. Provide the ideas for development of system functions and further upgrade by illustrating the fuzzy concept about defects invalidation degree and setting up related model.Above all, the present project set up defects database and assessing decision support system for pressure vessels according to the principle of corresponding to use and using computer techniques, simulation techniques, and etc.. This project can be widely applied in engineering. |
