The REPM brushless DC motor is a DC motor using electronic communication in place of mechanical communication,so it has excellent characteristic of DC motors,for example ,good start and timing performance .it simplifies the motor's structure and overcomes the friction disadvantages of ordinary DC motor, because it doesn't use mechanical communication.it is extensively used in aviations,robots,digital machine tool and so on.In term of REPM brushless DC motors basic operation principles.the paper analyses the difference of between normal brushless DC motor,expatiates on the principles of REPM brushless DC motor's design and the design's method.Further more.the paper uses example to test it correct and introduce the feature of Genetic Algorithm basing on the example ,The paper adopts Genetic Algorithm to optimize REPM brushless DC motor's design and achieve the anticipant resultln the end,we discuss the effect of motor's perform resulting from frame parameter.We resolve some difficultity in course of actually designing REPM brushless DC motors and summarize it's characteristic.We can obtain some useful verdicts using Genetic Alogrithm. |
