With the development of computer technology and the improvement of computer's performance , using it to resolve the numeric analysis problem and the graphic showing is becoming a trend. Since the graphic theory is imported in, it provides a strong mathematics tool for the mechanisms development.This paper is based on the graphic theory, mostly researching automatic generation the planar kinematic chain's method and it's realized on computer. Around this problem some investigations are made as follows.In this paper first present ELAM, EPLIM and so on matrixes. These expending topological character matrixes are include more information and could generation by computer.LTD and PLM are presented firstly to identify the similitude component. It could resolve the within 10 links mechanisms's component similitude problem.In this paper first partition the 4 points mesh-loop into 5 kinds and give adding access's method and order for each kind. Based on this theory find a method to research the mesh-loop quickly.Using VB and Access had developed software according to the above theory. This software could identify the isomorphism of kinematic chains and realized the automatic generation single degree kinematic chains within 10.
